OnTrac is seeking a Regional Manager of Linehaul Operations to lead end-to-end middle-mile performance across a defined region, ensuring on-time departures and reliable service. The role requires strong vendor management, data-driven decision making, and cross-functional collaboration with planning, safety, and finance teams.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 8 years in last mile/linehaul or network ops.
• 3+ years in regional or multi-site leadership.
• Proven experience managing vendor-based linehaul networks.
• Strong analytical skills with dashboards, KPIs, and data-driven decisions.

Mansioni

• Own regional performance across on-time departures and arrivals, lane reliability, and service impact.
• Ensure adherence to standardized linehaul cut-off times and execution windows.
• Act as the regional escalation point for disruptions, capacity constraints, and execution failures.
• Manage regional linehaul spend, balance service reliability with cost efficiency.
• Oversee regional linehaul dashboards and weekly reviews; lead continuous improvement initiatives.
