OnTrac in Cleveland, OH is seeking an Area Manager to oversee all sort activities and volume within an assigned area. You will identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to enhance operational outcomes.

The role requires 2+ years in logistics with at least 1 year of leadership, strong data skills, and effective communication. OnTrac offers comprehensive benefits and a competitive base salary.

Formación

• GED or Diploma is required; BA/BS preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in logistics/3PL with at least 1 year of leadership.
• Strong data evaluation and ability to summarize findings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong numerical/mathematical skills.
• Excellent communication; experience in hiring, training, and evaluating staff.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a team of Package Handlers and Leads in assigned area.
• Monitor progress, provide feedback, address performance and attendance.
• Lead pre-sort meetings and communicate daily goals and safety priorities.
• Record flow of volume from Linehauls and manage departures/arrivals.
• Perform safety trainings, audits, and end-of-shift reporting.
