Job summary

Breeze Airways is seeking a Regional Manager, Line Maintenance to lead all regional line maintenance activities and ensure compliance with the GMM and FARs. You will partner with MOC, IOCC, and Station Operations to optimize scheduling and staffing, while driving performance improvements.

The role requires ten years in aviation maintenance with leadership experience; travel up to 40%; and a strong focus on safety, training, and procedural excellence across Tampa or Orlando bases.

Qualifications

• Must hold FAA A&P license with no history of infractions.
• Ten years aviation maintenance experience including at least five years in leadership.
• Knowledge of CFR 121 FAA regulations.
• Must have valid driver’s license and passport with travel clearance.

Responsibilities

• Direct regional line maintenance activities and servicing of company aircraft.
• Ensure all work complies with GMM, policies, and FARs.
• Communicate with MOC and Maintenance Planning to meet schedules.
• Develop KPI reports on operational performance and goals.
• Support recruiting, interviews, and local hiring events.
• Build and manage budgets with the DOM.
• Promote safety and SMS compliance across the region.
