Breeze Airways is seeking a qualified Line Maintenance Supervisor at RDU to supervise line and hangar maintenance, assign AMTs, and ensure FAA-compliant operations. The role ensures timely aircraft readiness, quality control, and adherence to Breeze policies.

The successful candidate will have an FAA A&P license with a strong maintenance background, leadership experience, and willingness to travel up to 20%. Strong communication and safety mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of aviation maintenance experience.
• Valid FAA A&P license with clean record.
• DOT pre-employment drug test required.
• TSA background check and Breeze background check required.
• US work authorization required.
• Willingness to travel 20%.

Responsabilités

• Supervise line/hangar maintenance and assign AMTs.
• Ensure maintenance is performed per FAA regulations and Breeze policies.
• Coordinate with departments to resolve maintenance issues and manage MIS data.
• Review maintenance documentation in MIS for accuracy and completeness.
• Authorize overtime, vacation, and training schedules; maintain safety standards.
• Conduct safety briefings and ensure a safe, clean work environment.
