Job summary

The Inland Group of Companies is seeking a Regional Maintenance Manager in the Eastern Time zone, preferably Charlotte, NC. This role oversees maintenance programs across multiple stations, focusing on planning, management, and execution of maintenance activities to boost profitability and safety.

You will lead and develop maintenance staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate with operations managers to drive performance while traveling to various airports as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering is preferred but not required.
• Industry Certifications are preferred (CEM, CAFM and ASE).
• 5+ years of maintenance management, technical or field engineering experience or equivalent.
• Broad mechanical experience including deice trucks, GSE, service vehicles, pumps, fuels handling, storage facilities; safety/regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Foster collaboration between maintenance, operations and corporate staff to ensure department success.
• Develop preventative/predictive maintenance programs, KPIs and analyze trends.
• Maintain equipment time-in-service and up-to-date records; maximize equipment performance.
• Staffing, training, development, performance management and employee relations.
• Lead maintenance personnel and manage multiple tasks across locations; ensure safety compliance.
• Communicate maintenance issues and trends to Operations Managers; report to Director of Maintenance.
