Job summary

Breeze Airways is hiring a Supervisor, Line Maintenance in the United States. You will supervise line/hangar maintenance activities, assign AMTs, and ensure work complies with Breeze policy and FAA regulations.

The role also involves performing AMT duties and reporting to the Manager, Line Maintenance. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of aviation maintenance experience, an FAA A&P license, and the ability to work flexible hours and travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid FAA A&P license with no infractions and recent commercial aircraft experience.
• Must pass DOT drug test and TSA background checks.

Responsibilities

• Supervise line/hangar maintenance per Breeze GMM and MOC guidance.
• Assign AMTs and coordinate with Maintenance Operations Control.
• Ensure compliance with Breeze policies and FAA regulations.
• Review maintenance docs and MIS for completeness and accuracy.
• Conduct safety briefings and maintain a safe, clean work environment.
• Authorize overtime, vacations, and training schedules.
• Travel up to 20% and collaborate with other departments.
