Breeze Airways seeks a Supervisor, Line Maintenance in North Carolina to supervise line and hangar maintenance activities. The role includes assigning AMTs, coordinating with MOC, and ensuring work complies with Breeze policies and FAA regulations.

The incumbent will also perform AMT duties, ensure training, manage materials, and uphold safety standards. Travel up to 20% may be required, and a valid FAA A&P license is essential.

Competenze

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent educational achievement.
• Valid FAA A&P License with no history of infractions and recent experience on commercial aircraft types.
• Must pass a DOT pre-employment drug test.
• Must pass a TSA fingerprint-based and Breeze background check.
• 5+ years of aviation maintenance experience maintaining commercial aircraft.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must have a valid passport with no travel restrictions.
• Must have authorization to work in the US as defined by law.
• Must be willing to travel 20% of the time.
• Must pass a DOT pre-employment drug test.
• Must pass a TSA fingerprint-based criminal history and Breeze background check.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a SIDA badge per TSA requirements.

Mansioni

• Supervise line/hangar maintenance activities and assign work to AMTs.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Operations Control and other departments.
• Ensure work complies with Breeze policies, GMM, and safety rules.
• Review maintenance documentation and MIS for accuracy.
• Ensure timely work turnover and required training for AMTs.
• Provide necessary materials and equipment for tasks.
• Conduct safety briefings and maintain a safe, clean workplace.
