Job summary

The Inland Group of Companies is seeking a Regional Maintenance Manager in Charlotte, NC. You will lead the maintenance program across our aviation services, focusing on planning, management, and execution of maintenance activities to improve profitability, productivity, and safety.

Ideal candidates have 5–8+ years in maintenance management, mechanical experience, and strong communication. Travel up to 25% is expected, with a requirement for flight-ready credentials and driving license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering is preferred but not required.
• Industry Certifications are preferred (CEM, CAFM and ASE).
• 5–8+ years of maintenance management, technical or field engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A broad range of mechanical experience including maintenance of deice trucks, GSE equipment, service vehicles, tractors/trailers, industrial processing equipment, pumps and hoses, storage facilities, fuels, and fluids; adhering to safety/regulatory requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to listen, interpret information, and prepare reports and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Foster a collaborative environment between maintenance, operations, and corporate staff.
• Develop preventative/predictive maintenance programs, KPIs, and analyze trends.
• Staffing, training, performance management, and employee relations.
• Mentor, coach and lead maintenance personnel for growth and development.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance across stations and assets.
• Communicate maintenance issues and trends to Operations Managers and Directors.
