Breeze Airways is seeking a Regional Manager, Line Maintenance to lead regional line maintenance activities and ensure all aircraft servicing meets GMM, policies, and FARs. You will coordinate daily with MOC, IOCC, and Station Ops to keep operations on schedule, while building staffing models and training teams across Tampa OR Orlando areas.

The role requires a decade in aviation maintenance with at least five in leadership, an FAA A&P license, CFR 121 knowledge, and willingness to travel.

Competenze

• Ten years of Aviation Maintenance experience with at least five in leadership.
• FAA A&P license with no infractions and valid passport.
• Experience with CFR 121 regulations and FAA audits.

Mansioni

• Direct regional line maintenance activities and servicing of company aircraft.
• Ensure work complies with the GMM, policies, and FARs.
• Coordinate with MOC, IOCC, and Station Operations for schedules.
• Maintain communication on aircraft status and delays.
• Develop KPI reports and drive operational performance improvements.
• Support recruiting, interviews, and local hiring events.
• Manage budgets with the DOM and participate in safety programs.
• Foster safety, quality, and compliance culture across teams.
