Job summary

Kids for the Future is seeking a Regional Manager responsible for the operations of residential rental properties and financial viability. You will recruit, hire, train, and coach site staff, manage budgets, and report to owners with clear performance reviews.

This on-site leadership role requires a 4-year degree and prior HUD/affordable housing exposure. You will lead a diverse team, ensure compliance, and drive property performance across multiple sites while maintaining high standards of

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher is required.
• Minimum 3 years of property management leadership experience.
• Experience with HUD/affordable housing programs is preferred.
• Experience managing a team of 10+ direct reports across multiple sites.
• Proficiency in budgeting, reporting, and financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall management and operations of residential rental properties.
• Ensure financial viability and reporting to investors/owners.
• Recruit, hire, and train property staff; delegate duties and monitor performance.
• Prepare and deliver site management performance reviews and budgets.
• Lead with ethical, diverse, and compliant practices across sites.
