Job summary

Paths Management Services LLC seeks a Regional Property Manager to oversee on-site operations for an affordable housing portfolio in the Bronx, NY. You will direct property managers, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with LIHTC, HUD-Section 8, and fair housing standards.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting expertise, and experience with regulatory requirements. A COS or related certifications are preferred, with opportunities for growth and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum 3+ years in regional apartment management in affordable housing.
• COS or other industry certifications desired or willing to obtain.
• Strong accounting background including AR, AP, GL, NOI.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property management for portfolio safety and maintenance.
• Monitor budgets, prepare annual operating and capital budgets.
• Lead staff and manage vendor relationships.
• Ensure compliance with LIHTC, HUD-Section 8, and Fair Housing.
• Coordinate move-ins/outs and unit inspections.
