Job summary

Walmart is hiring a Licensed HVAC/R Facilities Manager to lead the preventive and predictive maintenance across the local regional market. You will supervise technicians, oversee HVAC/R and building upkeep, and partner with Store Managers to ensure facilities operate safely and reliably.

The role requires an active HVAC/R Mechanical Contractor license and EPA certification, with 3–5 years of facilities management experience. A $5K sign-on bonus and competitive benefits are included.

Responsibilities

• Use data and root-cause analysis to improve equipment reliability.
• Coordinate with vendors and ensure licensing and permits compliance.
