Job summary

Walmart seeks a Licensed Facilities Maintenance Manager to oversee regional predictive and preventative maintenance. You will lead technicians, collaborate with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership, and coordinate with vendors to ensure efficient, safe facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field with 3 years’ facilities/maintenance experience or 5 years’ related experience.
• Lead, motivate and develop teams; manage cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with electrical, plumbing, or mechanical systems; problem solving and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee predictive and preventative maintenance of facilities within a regional area.
• Lead a team of technicians; work with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership.
• Coordinate with vendors/contractors; ensure compliance and quality standards.
• Maintain contractor licenses; participate in training and inspections.
