Walmart is seeking a Licensed Facilities Maintenance Manager to oversee predictive and preventive maintenance across a regional portfolio. You will lead a team of skilled technicians, coordinate with store managers and facility leadership, and ensure facilities operate safely and efficiently.

This role requires 50%+ travel, managing vendor relationships, maintaining contractor licenses, and staying current with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field; 3 years’ facilities management or 5 years’ related experience.
• 3–5 years general facilities maintenance/building maintenance experience.
• Electrical, plumbing, and/or mechanical experience.
• Leadership and strong communication with problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee predictive and preventative maintenance of multiple facilities in a regional area.
• Lead a team of technicians; travel ~50% within region.
• Work with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership to address needs.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors; ensure compliance and quality.
• Handle reporting and analytics; maintain up-to-date contractor licenses.
• Participate in training and inspections to meet regulatory requirements and codes.
• Obtain necessary permits and schedule inspections as required.
