Job summary

Walmart is seeking a dynamic Licensed Manager, Facilities Maintenance Operations to oversee predictive and preventative maintenance for our facilities within a regional area. You will lead a team of technicians, ensuring buildings operate efficiently and safely while supporting associates and customers.

This role requires collaboration with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership, coordination with vendors, and strong focus on reporting, analytics, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• EPA 608 Certification within 90 days of hire.
• Mechanical Contractor License or equivalent in the state of employment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee predictive and preventative maintenance across regional Walmart facilities.
• Lead a team of technicians, ensuring safe, efficient, and sustainable operations.
• Collaborate with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership on facility service needs.
• Coordinate with vendors/contractors and manage reporting and analytics.
• Obtain permits and schedule inspections as required by codes and regulations.
