Walmart seeks a Licensed Facilities Maintenance Manager to oversee regional predictive and preventative maintenance across multiple stores. You will lead a team of technicians, collaborate with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership, and ensure compliance with licenses, permits, and regulatory standards.

The role emphasizes site inspections, reporting and analytics, and managing contractors to uphold safety and efficiency in our facilities. Significant travel is required in the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• 3 years' experience in facilities management, construction management, mechanical maintenance, engineering, or related area.
• Ability to travel ~50% region and manage a maintenance team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee predictive and preventative maintenance across regional facilities.
• Lead technicians, coordinate with store managers and leadership.
• Ensure licenses, permits, and regulatory compliance; conduct site inspections.
• Analyze reports and vendor/contractor performance.
• Travel 50% within the region.
