Job summary

Walmart is recruiting a Licensed Facilities Maintenance Manager to oversee predictive and preventative maintenance of regional facilities. You will lead a team of technicians, ensuring buildings operate efficiently and safely for associates and customers.

The role requires approximately 50% travel within the region, collaboration with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership, and coordination with vendors. Strong licensing and regulatory knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• 3 years’ experience in facilities management, construction management, mechanical maintenance, engineering, or related area.
• Or 5 years’ experience in facilities management, construction management, mechanical maintenance, engineering, or related area.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of technicians to manage predictive and preventive maintenance.
• Oversee facility services across a regional area and coordinate with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership.
• Maintain up-to-date contractor licenses and ensure compliance with building codes and regulatory requirements.
• Provide reporting/analytics on facility performance and inspection outcomes.
