Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Licensed Facilities Maintenance Manager to oversee regional facility maintenance and lead a team of technicians. Travel 50%+ within the region, collaborating with store managers and leadership to meet service needs.

You will work with vendors, manage reporting/analytics, and ensure licenses, permits, and inspections are current, upholding regulatory standards across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5 years' experience in facilities management, construction management, or related area.
• 3–5 years of general facilities services/building maintenance experience.
• EPA Universal Certification, PMP, Lean Six Sigma, and valid Mechanical Contractor license are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee predictive and preventative maintenance of facilities within a region.
• Lead a team of technicians, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Coordinate with store managers, leadership, vendors, and contractors.
• Ensure permits, licenses, and inspections are up to date and compliant.
