Job summary

Walmart is recruiting a Licensed Facilities Maintenance Manager to oversee predictive and preventive maintenance across a regional area in Blaine, MN. You will lead technicians, work with store managers and leadership, and ensure safety, compliance, and efficiency.

The role requires 3–5 years of hands-on facilities experience, with electrical/plumbing/mechanical expertise and strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. A related degree supports the candidate profile.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field and 3 years’ experience in facilities management, construction management, mechanical maintenance, engineering, or related area.
• Or 5 years’ experience in facilities management, construction management, mechanical maintenance, engineering, or related area.

Responsibilities

• Oversee predictive and preventative maintenance of facilities within a regional area.
• Lead a team of technicians to ensure efficient and safe operations.
• Travel 50% or more within the region and coordinate with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership.
• Work with vendors/contractors and manage reporting and analytics.
• Maintain up-to-date contractor licenses and ensure regulatory compliance.
