Walmart seeks a Licensed Facilities Maintenance Manager to oversee predictive and preventative maintenance across regional facilities. The role leads a team of technicians, ensures safe, efficient building operations, and collaborates with Store Managers, Facility Services Leadership, and vendors.

It requires a Engineering/Construction degree with 3–5 years of relevant experience, EPA PMP Lean Six Sigma certifications, and a valid Mechanical Contractor license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field with 3 years' experience in facilities/ construction/ mechanical maintenance, or 5 years of related experience.
• EPA Universal Certification required.
• PMP Certification and Lean Six Sigma knowledge are preferred.
• Maintain Mechanical Contractor license in state of employment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee predictive and preventative maintenance across facilities within a regional area.
• Lead a team of technicians, ensuring safety and efficiency of operations.
• Collaborate with Store Managers, Facility Services Leadership and external vendors/contractors.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, permits, licensing, and inspections are up to date.
• Provide reporting and analytics on maintenance performance.
