Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Licensed Facilities Maintenance Manager to oversee predictive and preventative maintenance of facilities within a regional area. You will lead a team of technicians, ensuring buildings operate efficiently and safely for associates and customers.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Architecture/Construction Management and 3–5 years in facilities management are preferred, plus EPA certification.

Qualifications

• General facilities services and building maintenance experience; 3–5 years ideal.
• Electrical, plumbing, or mechanical experience relevant to facility systems.
• Leadership, communication and problem solving skills.
• Customer service orientation is important.

Responsibilities

• Travel within the region of ~50% or more.
• Collaborate with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership on needs.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as required.
• Perform reporting and analytics on facilities metrics.
• Maintain up-to-date contractor licenses and compliance.
• Participate in training on regulatory requirements and inspections.
