Job summary

Walmart Stores seeks a Licensed Facilities Maintenance Manager to oversee predictive and preventive maintenance across a regional portfolio. You will lead a team of technicians and coordinate with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership to keep facilities safe, efficient, and compliant.

This role involves approximately 50%+ travel within the region. A bachelor’s in engineering/construction management or related field with 3–5 years’ experience and relevant certifications is preferred for

Qualifications

• Minimum: Bachelor’s in Engineering/Architecture/Construction Mgmt or related field.
• 3+ years in facilities management, construction management or mechanical maintenance.
• Experience with building systems and cross-functional collaboration.
• EPA Universal Certification, PMP, Lean Six Sigma desired.
• Maintain Mechanical Contractor license in state of employment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee predictive and preventive maintenance of facilities across a regional area.
• Lead a team of technicians; coordinate with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership.
• Work with vendors/contractors; ensure licenses, permits, and inspections.
• Handle reporting and analytics; monitor compliance and quality standards.
