Responsibilities

• Oversee predictive and preventative maintenance of facilities across the region.
• Lead a team of technicians to ensure efficient, safe operations.
• Travel 50%+ within the region to collaborate with stores and leadership.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed.
• Maintain reporting and analytics on facility performance.
• Ensure licenses, permits, and regulatory compliance.
