CWS Apartment Homes is seeking a Regional Leasing Consultant to integrate customer service, sales, and marketing skills to lease apartment homes. You will manage leasing goals, build rapport with prospects and residents, and support community operations across assigned properties or regions.

You will travel within the major metropolitan area up to 75% and report to a Community Director. A strong emphasis on safety, curb appeal, and consistent communication is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school education or GED required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Experience in property management or leasing is preferred.
• Knowledge of on-site management operations or customer service is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Greet, qualify, tour and close prospective residents.
• Record traffic and leasing activity.
• Verify applications and notify applicants of approval or denial.
