Corvias Group LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join a remote, customer-focused team. You will manage the leasing process from initial contact to lease generation, handling a high volume of calls and virtual tours, and providing accurate information to prospective residents while maintaining data integrity in the CRM.

You will promote Corvias housing options, coordinate applications, prepare leases and move-in documents, and work toward occupancy goals while upholding fair housing laws.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, leasing, hospitality or customer service.
• Active listening skills to identify progress blockers and customer needs.
• Excellent oral and written communication across phone, email, and text.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight in a remote team.
• Detail- and process-oriented with adherence to guidelines and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Leads the leasing process from initial contact through lease generation.
• Handle a high volume of inbound/outbound calls and guide prospects to tours.
• Process residency applications, prepare leases and occupancy documents, and collect fees.
• Audit waitlists and coordinate move-in dates to minimize vacancies.
• Maintain CRM data integrity and up-to-date notes.
