Job summary

Avanath Capital Management, LLC is seeking a Regional Manager, New Community Lease-Up to oversee the pre-opening through stabilization of affordable housing communities.

You will translate development plans into organized, compliant operating launches, directing Community Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure ready-to-lease apartments, timely openings, accurate reporting, and strong occupancy and revenue performance.

• LIHTC knowledge and experience with affordable housing programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead lease-up planning for multiple communities from pre-opening through stabilization.
• Coordinate with Development, Construction, Compliance, Marketing, Applications and Property Systems.
• Direct and support Community Managers across sites; drive on-time openings and occupancy targets.
• Manage budgets, reporting, and risk to ensure financial performance and audit readiness.
