Job summary

Hankey Group is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across the dealer network and execute sales strategies. You will liaise with lender partners, train dealers, and expand leasing origination in the assigned territory.

The role requires building relationships, managing CRM data, and traveling frequently to meet dealers and partners. A background in auto finance or lending is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in auto finance and leasing is required.
• Banking or credit union industry experience is desired.

Responsibilities

• Drive new dealer origination and grow the dealer network.
• Liaise with Lender Partners and dealer reps for growth.
• Maintain CRM activity and monthly volume statistics.
• Present information to dealers and conduct trainings.
• Travel up to 70% per year to visit dealers and partners.
