Job summary

Midway Auto Group is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to grow our dealer network and drive indirect leasing origination. You will coordinate with lender partners, train dealers, and implement growth initiatives across the assigned territory.

The role requires strong relationship-building, strategic sales planning, and the ability to travel frequently to meet with dealer partners and assess market opportunities. A track record in auto leasing and financing is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in auto finance and leasing industry required.
• Banking or credit union experience considered a plus.
• Ability to develop and execute sales strategies across dealer networks.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between CULA, dealer representatives, and approved dealers.
• Cultivate and enhance relationships with auto dealerships participating in lender partner programs.
• Establish professional relationships with dealerships to generate indirect leasing volume.
• Visit prospective dealers to present indirect leasing services and diversify the portfolio.
• Conduct presentations and trainings for auto dealers to develop new business.
• Monitor dealer performance and study market conditions to adjust strategies.
