Job summary

Lendmark Financial Services, LLC. is seeking a Direct Auto Area Sales Manager to oversee auto sales operations across a major metropolitan region. You will actively recruit and sign new direct auto dealers, train dealer staff, and maintain strong dealer relationships to drive growth.

In this role you will report to senior leadership, monitor industry trends, and address service issues while managing associated risks. A strong background in outside sales and dealership servicing is required.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• 3–5 years of outside sales experience or related field.
• Ability to present products/services, negotiate, and close deals.
• Self-starter with ability to work with limited supervision.
• Experience in dealer servicing and retention is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and set up new direct auto dealers within a metropolitan region.
• Build and maintain dealer relationships.
• Train dealer personnel and share industry trends with leadership.
• Address dealer service issues and mitigate risks.
• Support direct auto lending growth by expanding the dealer network.
