Job summary

Hankey Group seeks an Internal Sales Representative in San Diego to drive growth of the dealer network and achieve new lease origination targets. You will reengage non-producing dealers, add new ones, and coordinate with lender partners to maximize indirect leasing volumes.

You will report to the National Sales Director and collaborate with the Business Development team to meet company goals. Strong communication and CRM skills are essential in a fast-paced, on-site role.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in automotive finance, leasing, banking, or credit unions preferred.
• Associate degree or equivalent; 5–10 years of industry experience is typical.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between CULA, dealer reps, and approved dealers.
• Cultivate and enhance relationships with auto dealerships in the program.
• Present information on indirect leasing services to prospective dealers.
• Conduct presentations/trainings at all levels to develop new business.
• Study dealer volume to focus sales efforts and increase participation.
