Job summary

Lendmark Financial Services is seeking a Direct Auto Area Sales Manager to oversee the operational and direct auto purchase sales processes in a major metropolitan region, building a robust dealer network and driving direct auto lending growth.

You will manage onboarding of new direct auto dealers, nurture relationships, train dealer personnel, and report trends to senior leaders while maintaining focus on risk management and performance incentives.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED from accredited institution.
• 3–5 years of outside sales experience or related field.
• Ability to present products/services, negotiate, and close deals.

Responsibilities

• Inquire, sign, and set up new direct auto dealers.
• Manage and maintain dealer relationships.
• Train dealer personnel.
