Job summary

United Supermarkets, LLC seeks a Learning Coordinator to support the Regional Learning Manager in coordinating and evaluating education initiatives aligned with the company learning culture vision.

You will assist in managing education projects, curriculum design, resources and schedules, and ensure timely communication and quality training programs. Travel is less than 20%; a 2-year HR/support background in retail is preferred and a degree in adult learning or related field is required.

Qualifications

• 2 years HR supporting duties or leadership role.
• Prior experience in retail store operations desired.
• Strong planning and execution skills.
• Ability to work with others to achieve results.
• Work well in a team environment with relationship-building skills.
• Ability to encourage, manage, influence and train others.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in a learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Supports coordinating and monitoring development and evaluation of education initiatives.
• Assists with management of learning programs, resources, schedule and budgets.
• Ensures timely communication on project status and priorities.
• Maintains urgency on project timelines.
• Supports curriculum design and cost-efficient training quality.
• Assists in development and delivery of training materials and results reporting.
• Builds strong relationships with division management for education programs.
• Assists with survey analysis and evaluation of programs/workshops.
• Reviews training curriculum and updates as required.
• Keeps abreast of education processes, tools and approaches.
• Assists with mentoring team members.
