Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Learning Regional Manager to shape the learning experience and performance of fulfillment center associates across multiple sites in NA. You will lead training initiatives, analyze metrics, and implement strategic L&D solutions with a focus on improving operational efficiency.

You will work closely with site leadership, coach managers, and coordinate cross-functional learning programs. The role requires frequent travel between Grocery Fulfillment Centers and SSD-G sites,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Math, Engineering, Science or Business.
• Experience with Adult Learning Theory, including virtual training and remote teams.
• Experience delivering Soft Skills, Technology Skills and/or Technical or other Systems training.
• Experience in stakeholder management with multiple stakeholders at varied levels.

Responsibilities

• Drive site performance through analysis of metrics and provide insights to leadership.
• Lead and optimize onboarding processes, including trainer program management and delivery.
• Develop and implement learning strategies to improve efficiency and associate development.
• Partner with senior leadership to drive performance improvements via data-driven decisions.
• Monitor and enhance training effectiveness across processes and roles.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to site leadership on L&D best practices.
• Develop reporting mechanisms to measure training effectiveness and support process improvement.
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders to translate pain-points into learning solutions.
