Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Learning Regional Manager to lead training initiatives and drive performance across multiple sites in the NA grocery network. This role analyzes metrics, guides onboarding, and partners with senior leadership to implement scalable L&D solutions for continuous improvement.

It requires experience in adult learning theory, remote virtual training, and stakeholder management within fulfillment center environments, with travel across locations to align global initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience with Adult Learning Theory and virtual training delivery.
• Experience delivering Soft Skills and Technology Skills training.
• Experience in stakeholder management across multiple levels.
• Experience in FCs (fulfillment centers) field operations settings.

Responsibilities

• Drive site performance through analysis of metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Lead and optimize onboarding processes, including trainer program management and training delivery.
• Develop and implement learning strategies to improve efficiency and associate development.
• Partner with senior leadership to drive performance improvements using data-driven decisions.
• Monitor and enhance training effectiveness across processes and roles.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to site leadership on learning best practices.
