Job summary

Amazon in the United States is seeking a Learning Regional Manager to shape the learning experience and performance of fulfillment center associates. You will lead training initiatives, analyze performance metrics, and implement strategic L&D solutions across multiple sites.

The role requires coaching managers, onboarding optimization, and collaboration with senior leadership to drive improvements. Travel between sites is frequent, and you will partner with cross-functional teams to scale

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Math, Engineering, Science or Business.
• Experience with Adult Learning Theory, including virtual training and remote teams.
• Experience in stakeholder management across multiple levels of the organization.
• Experience in FCs field Ops settings.

Responsibilities

• Drive site performance via metric analysis and actionable leadership insights.
• Lead and optimize new hire onboarding, trainer program management, and delivery.
• Develop and implement learning strategies to boost efficiency and development.
• Partner with senior leadership to drive performance improvements through data-driven decisions.
• Monitor and enhance training effectiveness across processes and roles.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to site leadership on L&D best practices.
• Develop reporting to measure training effectiveness for process improvement.
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders to translate pain-points into learning solutions.
