Job summary

Prime Now LLC - E78 in California seeks a Learning Regional Manager to shape the learning experience and drive performance across multiple grocery fulfillment sites. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Math, Engineering, Science or Business.
• Experience in Adult Learning Theory, including virtual training facilitation and soft/technical training.
• Experience in stakeholder management with multiple stakeholders at varied levels.
• Experience in FCs field ops settings.

Responsibilities

• Drive site performance through deep analysis of metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Lead and optimize onboarding processes, trainer program management and training delivery.
• Develop and implement learning strategies to improve efficiency and associate development.
• Partner with senior leadership to drive performance improvements via data-driven decisions.
• Monitor and enhance training effectiveness across processes and roles.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to site leadership on L&D best practices.
• Develop reporting mechanisms to measure training effectiveness for assurance and improvement.
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders to translate priorities into learning solutions.
