Job summary

Stord is seeking a Regional Learning Manager to design, deploy, and continuously improve training programs across a portfolio of fulfillment centers. You will bridge corporate learning strategy with on-the-floor realities, ensuring associates and leaders have the skills to operate safely and efficiently across facilities.

You will lead end-to-end delivery, partner with site leaders to diagnose gaps, localize curricula, and track training metrics.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in learning & development, training, or operations
• Experience designing and delivering multi-site programs across shifts
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management across cross-functional teams
• Excellent facilitation skills for frontline associates and site leadership
• Data-literate and able to translate metrics into actionable insights
• Willingness to travel regionally (40–60%)

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end training across all fulfillment sites in the region
• Diagnose performance gaps with site leaders and design targeted programs
• Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions and train-the-trainer programs
• Monitor training completion, certification status, and skill proficiency
• Localize corporate curricula (safety, equipment operation, WMS training) for site needs
• Report regional training health to L&D leadership and operations stakeholders
• Recruit, coach, and certify site-level trainers and training leads
• Lead change during new site launches and peak season ramp-ups
