Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Regional Sector Leader for Water Supply & Watershed Management to guide technical teams and business growth across the US North region. You will focus on delivering complex water resources planning projects, strengthening client relationships, and expanding our portfolio with strategic pursuits.

The role requires leading multi-disciplinary teams, advancing technical excellence, and representing Stantec at industry events to build our brand and capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in water resources engineering or related field is required or equivalent.
• Professional licensure (PE/PH/PG) is preferred for leadership in this field.
• Advanced degree is an asset for strategic leadership in water resources.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-disciplinary teams on water resources planning projects across the US North region.
• Engage with clients and key stakeholders to grow the portfolio.
• Represent Stantec in industry groups and technical forums to strengthen the brand.
• Recruit, mentor, and inspire a high-performing water resources team.
