Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Operational Excellence Manager to lead continuous improvement across a global manufacturing footprint. You will partner with operations leadership to strengthen safety, quality, delivery, and cost while shaping KPI-driven execution in a fast-paced industrial environment.

This remote US-based role requires mentoring teams across locations, developing green/black belt capabilities, and delivering large-scale cross-functional process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in Operations or Continuous Improvement.
• Project management experience.
• Proficient with Excel and Project; PowerPoint preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% domestically and internationally.

• Develop KPIs for monitoring and reporting continuous improvement initiatives on a monthly basis.
• Manage large-scale cross-functional process improvement projects.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Operational Excellence Manager to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space. This leader will oversee continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen operational performance across a global manufacturing footprint. The role will partner closely with operations leadership and cross-functional teams to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost. The ideal candidate will bring a disciplined approach to process improvement, team development, and KPI-driven execution in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $112,000 – $135,000 annually
