As a Regional Manager, you will play a key leadership role overseeing the operations, sales, and staff development within your assigned region. Reporting directly to the VP of Operations, you will be responsible for driving profitability, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and fostering a positive and productive work environment. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact by leading teams, managing projects, and contributing to the strategic direction of the company.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, manage, and develop all staff within the assigned region, including conducting regular staff meetings and performance reviews.
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, including facility management, fleet maintenance, and control of overhead expenses.
  • Drive regional marketing and sales initiatives, identifying and actively pursuing new clients and markets.
  • Act as Project Manager on designated projects and ensure all projects meet performance, budget, and scheduling goals.
  • Ensure all employees receive adequate training to meet safety, client, and regulatory requirements, and promote a safe working environment.
  • Promote staff development through job-related training opportunities.
  • Identify resource needs in advance and coordinate with other managers to allocate resources effectively.
  • Relay company information to staff and maintain open communication with the VP of Operations regarding employees, projects, clients, and regulatory matters.
  • Approve company-related paperwork in a timely manner, including timesheets and expense reports.
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining annual budgets, and regularly review financial and project reports to ensure positive contributions to the company.
  • Maintain confidentiality and proper documentation of all disciplinary issues.
  • Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local guidelines, as well as company QA/QC procedures.
  • Professionally communicate with clients on jobsites and represent the company in a positive manner.
  • Be available during business hours and on call for safety emergencies as needed.
  • Travel to job sites as required and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) with a minimum of five years of relevant work experience.
  • At least two years of experience managing personnel.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and drug test.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Ability to speak and understand English.
  • Ability to travel to job sites and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Physical ability to walk, bend, stoop, and climb ladders for extended periods.
  • Strong work ethic, self-starter, problem solver, and team player.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
