Job summary

Ladders is seeking an Outsourced Project Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end project execution and governance across sites, ensuring programs meet quality and delivery expectations.

You will build the operational structure, drive hiring and onboarding, and maintain disciplined controls in a regulated environment while coordinating with cross-functional teams from a remote US-based location.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience managing complex project operations.
• Strong KPI tracking and SOP development experience.
• Proven ability to manage multi-site projects across locations.
• Experience leading hiring and personnel management.
• PMP certification is required; ability to pass a Federal Clearance.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Outsourced Project Operations Manager to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.

This role will oversee end-to-end project execution and operational governance across multiple sites, ensuring programs stay aligned with quality, compliance, and delivery expectations.

The position will serve as a primary point of contact for cross-functional coordination, with responsibility for building the operational structure needed to support successful implementation and ongoing performance.

In addition, the manager will help drive hiring, onboarding, and team leadership while maintaining disciplined controls in a regulated environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $107,500 – $143,300 annually
