Job summary

Brown & Brown is expanding its Employee Benefits leadership in Northern California, seeking a senior market leader to drive growth, hire producers, and accelerate cross-sell partnerships. The role requires market credibility with employers facing healthcare and workforce strategy needs.

You will partner with commercial lines and retirement teams, lead CRM-driven growth, and represent Brown & Brown in the regional business community.

Qualifications

• Active Life & Health insurance license preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Established Northern California market relationships preferred.
• Ability to travel locally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Identify geographic, industry, and market opportunities to expand Brown & Brown's Employee Benefits footprint in Northern California.
• Drive organic growth among employers with complex healthcare, benefits, compliance, and workforce strategy needs.
• Recruit and attract high-caliber Employee Benefits producers to support regional growth.
• Build relationships with employer groups, advisors, and centers of influence across the region.
