Job summary

Select Collision Group is seeking a Regional Manager to lead collision repair centers within an assigned region. You will oversee General Managers, drive KPI performance, coach leaders, and ensure customer service excellence across all shops.

You will partner with field operations and support teams to drive growth, integrate acquisitions, and implement continuous improvement initiatives regionally. Strong leadership and travel will be essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in multi-unit operations or field leadership within collision repair or related service.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent understanding of KPIs, P&L management, operational processes and customer satisfaction drivers.
• Self-starter who can work independently and manage strategic planning with hands-on support.
• Effective problem-solving and analytical abilities with conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Ability to travel regularly within the assigned region (75%+).
• Ability to read and understand basic repair instructions, estimates and work orders.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct leadership and day-to-day oversight to General Managers and shop leadership within the assigned region.
• Maintain a visible presence through site visits, monitoring performance, coaching leaders, and ensuring consistency across locations.
• Set clear expectations and hold GMs accountable for KPI targets, compliance, and customer experiences.
• Own regional KPIs and ensure GMs have training and support to meet them.
• Identify operational challenges, analyze root causes, and drive action plans for resolution.
• Lead performance management, coaching, and recognition of high performers.
• Mentor GMs and support succession planning and career growth.
• Ensure onboarding and training for new managers and staff.
• Support integration of newly acquired centers to align with standards and culture.
• Build relationships with local clients and market partners to capitalize on opportunities.
• Provide GM support on employee relations with People Operations.
• Promote safety practices and regulatory compliance (OSHA rules, hazardous waste) across all sites.
• Resolve regional and shop-level issues promptly while focusing on performance.
• Collaborate with Director, Field Operations on broader strategic initiatives.
