Crash Champions is seeking a seasoned Operations Leader to oversee a regional market. You will drive performance, lead high-performing teams, and optimize service quality across multiple locations.

Candidates should bring 10+ years in operations, 5+ years in people management, deep knowledge of collision-industry processes, experience with CCC One, and a proven ability to grow profitability while maintaining top-tier customer service.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of operations experience.
• 5+ years of people management experience.
• Knowledge of the collision industry, including procedures and requirements for a variety of insurance carriers.
• Experience using CCC One.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage assigned territory/market.
• Achieve or exceed targets and standards for performance and growth.
• Manage market locations to be in the top 10% of the industry.
• Model and uphold Crash Champions TSA (Total Sales Attitude).
• Recruit, manage, and develop employees for future growth.
• Measure quality through in-process and final checks.
• Nurture relationships with insurance accounts, agents, and customers.
• Maintain a fast-paced, high-m morale environment and drive urgency to exceed goals.
• Ensure shops are well-maintained and organized.
• Create and develop future leaders.
