Select Collision Group is seeking a General Manager to lead an assigned CollisionRight repair center. You will be accountable for the center's financial performance, operations, team leadership, customer experience, quality, safety, and local market growth.

• Owns center performance with profit and loss responsibility and financial objectives.
• Reviews financial results and operational performance; identifies trends and implements corrective actions.
• Partners with Regional Manager to set center goals and resource planning.
• Provides leadership, coaching, and accountability to center teammates.
• Maintains center relationships with customers, insurance partners, and vendors.
• Ensures compliance with policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
