The role leads complex projects, mentors engineers, and drives resource planning to deliver high-quality protection and control solutions. Preferred locations include several U.S.

offices. The candidate will serve as a technical advisor, oversee design work, and ensure client satisfaction while advancing reliable power

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or related field.
• PE license required or equivalent.
• 15+ years of related experience may be considered with equivalent qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of high-voltage substation protection and control projects.
• Act as technical authority for protection, control, SCADA integration, and automation.
• Develop and review protection/ Control deliverables: schematics, wiring, relay settings.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and staffing; ensure quality and safety.
