This role combines advanced expertise in substation protection and control engineering with responsibility for leading, developing, and growing a team of engineering professionals.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering or related discipline.
Professional engineering (PE) license.
15 years of related experience; travel may be required.

Responsibilities

Lead design and delivery of high‑voltage substation protection and control projects.
Act as technical authority for protective relaying, control systems, SCADA, and communications.
Develop and approve protection engineering deliverables (schematics, wiring, relay settings).
Lead power system studies, protection coordination, and related analyses.
Mentor engineers and oversee team performance and development.
Support business development and client relationship management.
