• Active Respiratory Therapist credentials and state licensure.
• Strong clinical performance and understanding of spirometry.

• Comfortable communicating with clinic managers and healthcare professionals.

• Weekday availability and ability to provide backup clinical coverage when needed.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling & Coverage: Manage regional RT schedules, coordinate absences and schedule changes, resolve call-out coverage needs, and arrange backup or float coverage when available.
• RT Support: Serve as the primary contact for routine operational questions, communicate updates and expectations, support new RTs, and elevate recurring performance or attendance concerns to Operations Leadership.
• Clinic Relationships: Maintain strong relationships with clinic managers, address routine scheduling and operational concerns, and communicate changes affecting clinic operations.
• Clinical Support: Continue performing scheduled spirometry services while serving as a resource for routine workflow, equipment, technology, and documentation questions.
• Regional Oversight: Monitor staffing and coverage needs, identify potential service disruptions, approach operational check-ins, and provide weekly updates to Operations on staffing, coverage, clinic concerns, and other relevant issues.
• Other duties may be assigned as necessary to meet business and operational needs.
