Job summary

Crosswalk Health, Inc. seeks a Regional Lead Respiratory Therapist to be the primary operational contact for a Virginia region. You will manage RT schedules, coverage, and day-to-day clinic support, ensuring reliable spirometry services for partners and patients.

This role combines leadership with hands-on coordination of staffing across Norfolk and Richmond, maintaining strong clinic relationships and timely communication with Operations to keep services running smoothly.

• Comfortable communicating directly with clinic managers and healthcare professionals.
• Must have weekday availability and be willing to provide backup clinical coverage when needed in Norfolk and Richmond, VA.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling & Coverage: Manage regional RT schedules, coordination of absences and coverage changes.
• RT Support: Primary contact for operational questions and updates.
• Clinic Relationships: Maintain strong relationships with clinic managers and communicate changes.
• Clinical Support: Continue performing scheduled spirometry services and support workflow questions.
• Regional Oversight: Monitor staffing and provide weekly updates to Operations.
