Crosswalk Health, Inc. seeks a Regional Lead Respiratory Therapist to serve as the primary operational contact for a designated region.

The role combines scheduled spirometry services with RT scheduling, coverage coordination, clinic relationship management, and day-to-day operational support. The Regional Lead ensures reliable clinic coverage, strong communication, and consistent service for clinic partners and patients, with leadership responsibilities and escalation to Operations Leadership

Formación

• Active Respiratory Therapist credentials and state licensure.
• Strong knowledge of spirometry.
• Demonstrated reliability and attendance.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage changing schedules and priorities.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Comfortable communicating with clinic managers and healthcare professionals.
• Willing to provide backup clinical coverage when needed.

Responsabilidades

• Scheduling & Coverage: Manage regional RT schedules, coverage, absences and float coverage.
• RT Support: Act as primary contact for routine operational questions and escalations.
• Clinic Relationships: Maintain relationships with clinic managers and address scheduling concerns.
• Clinical Support: Perform scheduled spirometry services and assist with workflow and documentation questions.
• Regional Oversight: Monitor staffing and provide weekly updates to Operations.
• Other duties as needed to meet business and operational needs.
